After three generations, his successor king "Adiya Ballarshah" son of Hirshah, prefers east bank of Wardha river for his capital form administrative lookout. He constructed his fort on the bank of river in the year 1322 A. D. and named this capital as "Ballarpur" on his own name. Later his sixth successor king "Khandkya Balalrshah" shifted his capital form Ballarpur to Chandrapur.

Shifting of capital to Chandrapur kept the city unattended many days. The internal family clashes in Royal family lead towards decline of empire.
